It is handy to get a print of your receipt but not necessary as your
ID will be sufficient to get you your seats.
Refunds can be arranged if needed due to accidental mishaps but must be
requested within 7 days of purchase and must be no later than 5 pm on
venue show date.

have personal identification or printed receipt for confirmation at the venue.
